The components can be scattered in any order amongst the first three but I cannot think that the blueprint should be an unlisted reward for the sacrifice. Namely Natah, The Second Dream, The War Within, and The Sacrifice, as these are the quest that you really start to learn more and more about lotus and the Tenno. Im thinking that it’s and unlisted reward for completing 4 different quest.
